Dasa exam list — 7–13s → 500–800ms

Contributed to frontend development using Vue.js on the high-traffic legacy exam scheduling platform. Later, as Tech Lead of the exam results delivery team, led five developers to resolve timeouts under load, optimizing the read path by mirroring Oracle data into MongoDB and reducing p95 latency from 7-13s down to 500-800ms. Additionally, built a serverless AWS Lambda table view to deliver critical COVID-19 results quickly.
